I am a vegan activist, chef, coach and food consultant in a mission to make the world more ‘vegan friendly’.I hold a Master in Industrial Engineering and a Diploma as Vegan Macrobiotic Chef. I have traveled around the world for work and pleasure, discovering local vegan cuisine and diving in stunning underwater nature.
I actively volunteer for Sea Shepherd, Anonymous for the Voiceless and Lega Anti Vivisezione, but I prefer to outreach meat-lovers with succulent dinners.
